03-05-25 Emmy has come to us from a breeder and is a sensitive and frightened little girl as she has never seen the outside world before and is finding it all a little overwhelming.
Emmy is a flight risk at the moment and struggles with human interaction so she is going to need a very calm and quiet home where there is at least one other dog to help her confidence. As she has never lived in a home before this is going to be very overwhelming for Emmy at first so her adopters need to have all the time and patience in the world to help her adjust. She will need to learn about house training and lead walking but once she feels braver she will start to watch and copy what her canine friends do which will help her with these things. Lead walking should start in the garden when Emmy is ready.
