03-05-25 This beautiful angel is Bluebell, a sweet and loving girl who came to us from a breeder a few months ago. Bluebell arrived here with abducted hind limbs and Grade 3 patella luxation in her left hind leg, but she has now undergone specialist surgery - a Tibial Tuberosity Transposition - to improve her mobility. She has had several weeks of crate rest and has recovered beautifully. While she’s doing well, she will still need to gradually build up muscle in that leg through gentle exercise and careful management. Her adopters would need to be aware that anything to do with her hind leg would not be coverable by insurance.

Bluebell is a wonderful girl who has very quickly stolen our hearts. She just loves everyone and every thing and so deserves to be in her forever home as soon as possible, getting all of the love and attention she so deserves!

She is a confident girl who would be happy to be homed as an only dog as long as her adopters were around most of the time, but she could also easily live with other kind resident dogs who would be happy to be her friend. We would also consider homing her with older, dog savvy children.

Bluebell has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles in and learns new skills like house training. She has learned all about walking on a lead and harness and will love to go on walks and adventures with her new family.

Bluebell truly is a special girl with so much love to give. She’s ready to start the next chapter of her life and is looking for someone to give her the forever home she so deeply deserves.
