He has shown he can be nervous with formal handling, especially before he fully knows you. For this reason, he’s looking for a calm, understanding adult-only home with experienced adopters who can give him the time and space he needs to settle. Once that bond is formed, he truly blossoms into the most loyal and affectionate companion.

Buddy walks well on a lead and would love an active home where he can enjoy regular walks, adventures and quality time with his humans.

He is confident enough to be homed as an only dog, but he could also live happily alongside a kind and playful resident dog who could help show him the ropes.
