12-05-25 Lovely Lola is a sweet girl who has come to us after struggling with her strong chase instincts around livestock. She’s full of life, full of fun, and full of Beagle personality - so any Beagle lover is going to absolutely adore her! True to her breed, Lola loves to follow her nose and do her own thing, and she enjoys every minute of it.
Although she has come from a home, Lola was not kept indoors, so she will need to learn all about home life from scratch. This includes new learning new skills like house training. With patience, routine, and lots of love, Lola will no doubt blossom into a wonderful companion.
Lola is confident and outgoing enough to be homed as an only dog as long as her adopters had plenty of time to spend with her, but she could happily live with other kind resident dogs who can show her the ropes. She cannot live with cats, small furries or livestock due to her chase instincts.
Lola walks well on a lead, but her adopters will need to be mindful when walking in areas where livestock or small animals may be present, she must be kept on a lead in such environments and off lead time should be limited to fully secure, enclosed areas only.
Lola is now looking for her forever home and cannot wait to meet her new family. She’ll make a loyal and entertaining companion to the right person or family, so please don't leave her waiting.
Lola has some redness in her eyes which our vets will examine, and she also has a grape sized mammary lump which has been removed at the time of her spay.
