MOLLY IS LOOKING FOR A HOME WITH JESSICA
12-05-25 This lovely senior girl is Molly and she has come to us from a home with her three friends due to a relationship breakdown and their owner moving away. They have all been adopted from Many Tears over the last several years and we are very sad to see them back in kennels. After assessment, we would like Molly to find a home with Jessica.
Molly originally came to us from a breeder in 2019 and she was adopted shortly after and has spent the last several years in a loving home. It's clear she is feeling overwhelmed by the return to kennel life, but her gentle and affectionate nature still shines through. Molly is truly a Cavalier lover’s dream - happy, curious, and full of love.
Having lived in a home, we believe she is house trained, though she may need a few gentle reminders as she adjusts. She walks well on a lead and would enjoy going on little adventures with her new family.
Her ideal home would be calm and quiet, with a slower pace of life, where she and Binky can enjoy their golden years surrounded by comfort, companionship, and cuddles.
Molly does have some health issues, as is expected at her age. She has had multiple teeth extracted and is developing cataracts in both eyes. She has been diagnosed with a Grade 5-6 heart murmur and Mitral Valve Disease, which will need to be monitored by her new vets. Additionally, she has some joint stiffness and a history of bilateral patella luxation.
Her previous vets have also noted occasional regurgitation and intermittent airway noise, possibly due to a laryngeal abnormality, though this does not appear to trouble her. She also had a toe amputated a few years ago following a trauma related injury, which she has adapted to well.
Molly has so much love to give. She truly deserves to be back in a loving forever home as soon as possible, so please don't leave her waiting.
