17-05-25 Gemma has come to us from a breeder to start her new life, and this sweet girl is now looking for a very special forever home. Although still just a puppy really, Gemma is sadly quite worried and overwhelmed to find herself here. She currently lacks confidence and is in need of gentle reassurance, love, and lots of TLC to help her feel safe.

With time, patience, and kindness, we believe Gemma will begin to blossom into the most wonderful little companion. Her adopters will need to understand that everything is new and strange for her right now, so a calm and quiet home is essential. She will also need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help guide her and show her that the world isn’t such a scary place.

Gemma has never lived in a home before, so she will need to learn all about house training and other important life skills. She does not yet know how to walk on a lead, so her adopters must be willing to work at her pace and help her learn with encouragement and positivity.

Gemma is a delicate little soul who truly deserves a second chance at happiness. If you have a quiet, understanding home and a loving heart, please don't leave her waiting.

Gemma currently has retained upper and lower canines which will need to be monitored by a vet. It is possible these may require extraction in the future, and this would not be covered by insurance. She is also a little underweight at the moment, but with good nutrition should soon start to gain a little weight.

Gemma will need to attend puppy socialisation classes and her adopters must also agree to have her spayed at the appropriate age as part of her adoption agreement.

She has a travel document.
