20-05-25 Forest is a gentle and affectionate girl who has come to us from a breeder in search of the loving forever home she so deserves. She is the sweetest soul and absolutely adores a fuss and she’ll happily come over for cuddles and gives the most heart-melting kisses in return.
Forest finds great comfort in the company of other dogs and can lose a little confidence when she's away from her kennel friends. That said, she remains easy to handle and shows a quiet bravery when encouraged. Because of this, Forest is looking for a home with a kind and confident resident dog who can help her find her paws and show her the ropes of home life.
She has never lived in a home before, so everything will be new to her, from getting comfortable with the sound of the hoover to getting the hang of house training. Her new family will need to be patient and understanding as she navigates these changes at her own pace. She doesn't walk on a lead quite yet and will need gentle introductions. For now, sniffs around the garden may be a good start until she is able to build some confidence and settle in.
Forest has come to us with hormonal alopecia, which should subside in time and fatty inguinal tissue that does not seem to need further treatment at this time.
Forest truly is a sweetheart and, with gentle guidance and lots of love, we know she will absolutely thrive in a home environment. If you have a calm, dog-savvy companion and a heart full of love to offer, Forest may be the perfect addition to your family.
Forest has a travel document.
