22-05-25 Zebadee is a truly special soul who has come into our care in search of a warm and gentle retirement home. This lovely boy has known love and companionship all his life, having lived with a 92-year-old lady who sadly could no longer care for him. Now, he finds himself in need of a new lap to curl up on and a kind person to reassure him that he’s safe and adored once again.

Zebadee is the perfect little gentleman. He is calm and sweet natured and a total heart stealer. He is confident enough to be homed as an only dog, but would also be content in a home with another kind and gentle dog. What he needs most is a peaceful, loving environment with adopters who are home most of the time and have plenty of time to spend with him and love to offer him.

We believe Zebadee is house trained, though he may need a few gentle reminders in his new home. He doesn't require a lot of exercise, but would enjoy a short stroll once or twice a day. Mostly he longs for somewhere cosy to curl up and relax.

Zebadee does have a few health concerns, as often comes with age. We believe that he is deaf and also has limited vision due to cataracts in both eyes, with the left being worse. He has numerous warts on his muzzle and body, a pressure sore on his hind leg, and some large lumps near his anus which our vets have assessed. Due to his age, we feel the kindest option is to leave these alone and focus on making the time he has left as comfortable and full of love as possible.

Zebadee may not be perfect in body, but in spirit he is truly golden. He deserves a loving home to call his own again, where he can live out his days knowing love, comfort, and dignity. Could you be the angel he’s waiting for?
