  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need at least one resident dog to help me feel confident.

  • House and garden requirements

I would love a garden to run and play in!

  • Out and about requirements

I walk well on a harness and lead but am worried about wide open spaces.

  • Training needs

I am in a foster home and am house trained.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and am ready for my forever home.

Lovely Kipper originally came to us from a breeder and was adopted, but sadly found herself back in our care when her adopters felt she wasn’t quite the right fit for their home. Since returning, she’s settled beautifully back into her foster home and is really starting to shine.

Now that she’s been in foster for nearly a month, we’ve seen just how wonderful this girl truly is. Kipper is a delight to have around, she gets along brilliantly with all the dogs she’s met and is a calm, affectionate presence in the home. She’s fully housetrained, knows basic commands like sit and stay, and sleeps soundly through the night, either in her crate or curled up by the side of the bed, which is her favourite spot.

Kipper walks beautifully on a harness and lead, though she can still be a little unsure in open spaces, so she’ll need continued gentle support to build her confidence on walks. She loves her home comforts, whether that’s snoozing in her bed while the TV is on or enjoying some quiet time when the house is settled.

She can be left for a few hours as long as she has the company of another friendly resident dog. In fact, she does rely on canine companionship, so she will need a home with at least one kind, confident dog to help her feel secure.

Kipper has shown that she prefers a home without cats at this time.

This sweet girl has come such a long way and is ready for a calm, consistent home filled with love and reassurance. With the right family by her side, we know Kipper will continue to blossom.

Kipper's Diary

  • Kipper has been in foster nearly a month now. She is a delight to foster. Gets on with all the dogs she's met here, walks beautifully on a harness/lead, totally toilet trained, knows basic commands, is obedient and sleeps soundly all night either in her crate or her preferred place is by the side of my bed.

Kipper can be left for a few hours with another dog for company .She loves her home comforts and enjoys snoozing in her bed when everyone's settled and watching TV.

She would prefer a home without cats at present.

  • Kipper originally came to us from a breeder and was adopted but sadly has been returned to us as her adopters felt she wasn't the right match for their home. Sweet Kipper has gone straight back into a foster home where she is doing incredibly well.

She is a very happy girl in her foster home and is fairly confident in a familiar environment. She greets every visitor with a waggy tail and even knows simple commands like sit and stay. She loves to play with toys and is just a wonderful girl.

She does rely on other dogs for comfort and so will be looking for a home where there was another kind resident dog to be her friend.

Kipper walks beautifully on a harness and lead but does lack confidence in open spaces at the moment and will need time and patience to grow in confidence on walks.

She is house trained and sleeps all night long in a crate or with the resident dogs at the side of the bed. She can be left home alone for short periods with other dogs for comfort. Kipper has recently been groomed and the groomer said she was very well behaved.

Kipper has so much potential, and with the right family, one that will offer calm, consistency, and endless kindness, she will blossom.
