Trinket

29-05-25 Little Trinket has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for a forever home where she can finally begin to feel safe and loved. She’s a scared little girl at the moment, taking everything in very cautiously, but it’s clear to see that underneath her worry is the sweetest soul just waiting for the right people to help her shine.
Trinket is quite nervous about being handled and doesn’t yet understand that hands can be gentle and kind. She will need adopters who are patient and compassionate, and who can offer her all the time and love she needs to build trust at her own pace.
Trinket must have a kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help her feel more secure and to show her the ropes of her new life. A canine companion will be an essential source of reassurance as she learns about the world outside the only life she’s ever known.
She will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home, free from loud noises or busy routines, where she can truly relax and come out of her shell slowly and gently. As she has never lived in a home before, everything will be new to her and she’ll need time to adjust. Her adopters will need to help her with house training and be understanding as she learns the basics of home life.
Trinket has also never walked on a lead before, so this will need to be introduced gradually, starting with short sessions in a secure garden as her confidence grows.
With time, love, and a little bit of patience, Trinket will blossom into a happy, gentle companion. If you have a peaceful home, a kind resident dog, and a heart full of love to offer, Trinket could be the perfect addition to your family.
