I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

My eyes are a little inflamed and I am on medication for this.

30-05-25 Thimble has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a very shut down girl who is currently feeling completely overwhelmed by her new surroundings. It’s clear that Thimble is in desperate need of love, patience, and gentle kindness.. things she may never have known before.

She is a worried little soul who finds being handled quite frightening, and her first instinct is often to run and hide. But behind her fear, there is a gentle and sensitive girl just waiting to feel safe. With time and reassurance, we know she will start to trust and take her first brave steps forward.

Thimble is looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home with adopters who have experience with scared ex-breeding dogs. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help her feel secure and take her under their wing. A friendly canine companion will make all the difference in helping her adjust and learn about life in a loving home.

She has never lived in a home before, and this new environment may feel very strange and worrying to her at first. Thimble will need understanding and patience as she settles in and learns all about home life and new skills like house training.

She does not yet walk on a lead and will need to practice slowly in a secure garden once she begins to feel braver. A secure garden is essential for her safety and confidence building.

Watching a dog like Thimble reach new magical milestones, like her first tail wag or the first time she accepts a gentle touch will be incredibly rewarding. She may have a long road ahead of her, but it will be so worth it to see her start to feel safe, loved, and happy.

If you can offer Thimble the safe and understanding home she needs, and the time to go at her own pace, please consider welcoming this special girl into your heart.

Thimble is currently being treated for inflammation in her eyes.
