31-05-25 Wink has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a sweet and gentle little Westie with the most endearing personality. She is quite shy and worried at the moment but is curious about the world around her.

When she’s feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, Wink will gently roll onto her back and offer you her paw, asking for reassurance in the only way she knows how. She is happy to be picked up and held, and though she’s not quite confident enough to make friends just yet, it’s clear she’s longing to.

Wink will need a calm and quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace. She must have a kind and confident resident dog in her new home who will show her the ropes, offer her comfort, and help her build the confidence she needs to blossom.

As she has never lived in a home before, Wink will need patient, understanding adopters who can support her as she learns about house training and all the new experiences that come with living in a loving home. With time, love, and gentle guidance, Wink will start to come out of her shell and show her true self. She will also need to learn all about walking on a lead and will need to practice first in a secure garden before venturing further.

This little girl has so much love to give and is simply waiting for the right person to show her the world doesn’t have to be scary. If you can offer Wink the calm, loving environment she needs to grow and thrive, she will reward you with a lifetime of gentle loyalty and affection.
