01-06-25 Posey has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a very worried girl who is quite overwhelmed at the moment. When you approach her, she gently lowers her head, however, she does accept being picked up and handled gently, which shows us the sweet nature waiting just beneath her nerves.

At the moment, Posey isn’t confident enough to approach people on her own, but with time, love, and patience, we believe she will blossom into the wonderful companion she was always meant to be.

Posey is looking for a calm and quiet home, where there is already a kind and confident resident dog to take her under their wing. She has never lived in a home before, so everything will be new to her and she will need kindness and understanding as she learns new skills like house training and how to walk on a lead. These things will take time, and Posey will need a family who can go at her pace and offer her reassurance every step of the way.

She truly is a gentle soul with so much potential, just waiting for the right people to help her feel safe and loved. With patience and kindness, Posey will begin to trust, and in time, we know she’ll become a loyal and loving member of her forever family.
