01-06-25 Jelly is a beautiful, sensitive girl who has come to us from a breeder to begin her search for a kind and understanding forever home. Life has not been easy for Jelly so far, and she finds herself extremely frightened and overwhelmed in her new surroundings. Human contact is still very new to her, and she is currently very worried by our presence.

This precious girl isn’t used to gentle hands or kindness, and when she feels pushed too far out of her comfort zone, she may panic and could nip out of sheer fear. Because of this, it's essential that Jelly’s adopters go at her pace and never rush her. Slow, gentle steps will be key to helping her blossom.

Jelly is looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home with no visiting children and with adopters who are experienced in helping nervous ex-breeding dogs find their feet. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to show her the ropes and offer reassurance as she learns that the world can be a kind and safe place. She will look to them for guidance and cuddle up to them for comfort.

Jelly has never lived in a home before so will most likely find home life quite worrying at first. She will need patient guidance as she learns all about new skills like house training. She isn’t yet ready to walk on a lead, so she will need to begin practicing in the safety of the garden once she is feeling braver.

With consistent care, patience, and the right home, she will begin to blossom. Getting to experience moments like her first tail wag or the first time she takes a treat from you will be absolutely magical. Could you be the special someone Jelly needs to finally feel safe, loved, and home?
