Polly Pocket

26-06-25 Polly Pocket is simply a bundle of utter joy that has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home! She absolutely adores people and runs to greet anyone as soon as she lays eyes on them, she doesn’t want to bounce around or jump up, she just wants to cuddle into you. She gets on well with other dogs, shares her space beautifully with them and will play with toys (which she adores!) around/with them but doesn’t enjoy eating her food around them, so she will need to be fed separately in her new home.
When Polly Pocket arrived with us, she was diagnosed with a Grade 4 medial luxating patella and has undergone surgery to correct this. She has been an absolute star during her rehabilitation and healing period! However, her adopters will need to keep this in mind as any future requirements may not be covered by insurance.
Miss Pocket is slowly learning to walk lead, she does it quite well but is purely following you so she gets a little confused when she feels to tension from the lead sometimes. Although going through two fairly large surgeries on her back legs, this doesn’t seem to have impacted her negatively at all; she’s just as spritely & confident as before.
According to her kennel mum, his perfect little angel is probably one of the loveliest she's had the pleasure of working with, she’s so easy going and just happy to be around anyone who has time to sit with her.
