A Big Heart in a Little Body – Ceasar is Ready to Love Again

Ceasar is a 3-year-old French Bulldog cross who has sadly come into our care after his previous owners could no longer give him the time and attention he deserved. This change in his life hasn’t dampened his spirit, Ceasar remains full of love, life, and hope for a new beginning.

Having come from a home, Ceasar knows all about cuddles, toys, and companionship. He’s an affectionate, cheeky boy who greets you with enthusiastic kisses and proudly brings out his favourite toy to share. He even carries his toys on walks, which says everything about his playful, endearing nature. It's clear that Ceasar deeply misses the warmth of a family and the comfort of a home, and it's heartbreaking to see such a loving dog waiting behind a kennel door for someone to give him another chance.

Ceasar walks beautifully on the lead and loves nothing more than heading out for a good explore. He would thrive in an active home where he can enjoy plenty of adventures and stimulation. He’s confident enough to be the only dog in a household, but also gets along brilliantly with other dogs and would happily share his home with a canine companion. However, he cannot live with cats.

He’s a bright, people-focused boy who would suit a home where someone is around for much of the day. We would consider placing him with older, dog-savvy children who can give him the space and respect he needs while he settles. Ceasar is believed to be housetrained, though he may need a few gentle reminders as he adjusts to a new environment.

Ceasar has a cauliflower ear which causes him no issues. He also has a bit of dry skin, which we are keeping an eye on, he also appears to suffer from a sensitive stomach but on the right food this isn't a problem. These will be considered pre-existing conditions and may not be covered by standard pet insurance, but neither issue is expected to limit his quality of life.

Ceasar truly is one of a kind, a joyful, cuddly, toy-loving lad who is just waiting for someone to open their heart and home to him. If you think you could be his perfect match, we would love to hear from you.
