  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m frightened and will need a secure garden to learn about being outside.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I’ve never lived in a home, so I need to learn housetraining and lead walking.

  • Medical issues

I have had one tooth removed at the time of my spay.

25-03-25 Mac and Cheese has come to us from a breeder and is still very unsure of the world around her. She is frightened and will shy away when approached, but once in your arms, she settles and doesn't mind being handled. Mac and Cheese is just beginning to learn about human kindness and will need time, patience, and gentle encouragement to help build her confidence. Mac and Cheese is currently shares her kennel with female dogs and will need a kind, confident resident dog in her new home to help guide her. She'll also need additional support with house training and learning to walk on a lead when she is ready, but with a patient and understanding family, she has so much potential to flourish. If you have a calm and loving home and a resident dog to show her the way, Mac and Cheese could be the perfect addition to your family. And what do you get in return? The reward of knowing you have helped a once nervous dog potentially become the best version of herself, that she deserves to become! She has had one tooth extracted at the time of her spay.
