A Quiet Little Poppet Looking for Peace and Kindness

Everest is a 6-year-old ex-breeding Yorkshire Terrier who is now ready to begin her new life in a gentle, loving home. Known as Eve in her foster home, this sweet girl has already begun her journey toward trust and comfort, showing just how much potential she has with a little patience and a lot of love.

Eve is a calm and quiet soul who has settled in beautifully with her foster carer. Although she is still wary of human intentions, she will now take treats from your hand and allows herself to be gently picked up. With time she will continue to grow in confidence and begin to understand that kindness is all that’s waiting for her.

She had never lived in a home before, so everyday things like house training and routines are all new to her. That said, she’s already doing very well and is mostly clean in the house. She would love a peaceful home with a secure garden where she can potter and relax in safety. She doesn’t walk on a lead yet, so the garden will be her safe space to start building confidence before she’s ready for little outdoor adventures.

Eve will need a calm, adult-only home and must have a kind, friendly resident dog, ideally another small sized dog who is happy to let her snuggle up and learn from them. She finds real comfort in canine company and will rely on her doggy friend to help her feel secure.

At the time of her spay, Eve had six teeth removed and arrived with very dirty ears that may need ongoing cleaning and monitoring.

Eve is not looking for grand adventures, she simply dreams of a soft bed, a quiet garden, and someone with the patience to help her learn that life can be safe and full of love. If you can offer her a gentle retirement home with kindness and calm, Eve will reward you with the sweetest companionship.
