Pixie Pops is a beautiful, sweet little girl who came to us from a breeder. Understandably, she found her new surroundings overwhelming at first and was shy when approached. However, with gentle handling, she soon began to relax and show her gentle nature.

Pixie Pops has now moved to a foster home, where she has settled in incredibly well. Despite having never lived in a home before, she is doing very well with her toilet training and has been clean in the house from the first day. She has also learned all about walking on the lead and harness and now enjoys short walks in quiet areas.

She remains a little unsure about human affection but is curious and follows her fosterers around the house, and is gradually learning to accept gentle fuss and attention. With time, love and kindness she should continue to come out of her shell each day.

Pixie Pops adores other dogs and is currently living with several other dogs both male and female in her foster home. She will be looking for a calm and quiet home where there was at least one other kind and confident resident dog to help her continue to flourish. She sleeps soundly through the night and settles happily when left for a few hours as long as she has canine company.

Pixie Pops arrived with some patchy skin and fur, but with love and care she is already looking and feeling better. She has had several teeth extracted at the time of her spay and our vet noted that she was already missing quite a few.

With time, understanding, and a lot of kindness, Pixie Pops is sure to blossom into a loyal, loving companion. Could you be the special person she’s waiting for?

Pixie Pop's Diary

  • Pixie Pops has settled well into foster, she's a very sweet and quiet little dog. She has been clean in the house from day one, so is doing very well with her toilet training. She's also doing well with lead walking and seems to enjoy short walks in quiet places.

Pixie Pops settles when left with doggie company for a few hours and sleeps quietly all night either downstairs or in the bedroom.

She is trying very hard to be brave with people, she is inquisitive and follows us around the house wanting to see what's going on. She's easy to handle and will accept a fuss when she's sat down, although she doesn't quite understand what's it's all about yet.

Pixie Pops loves other dogs and is in foster with multiple others both male and female and is lovely with them all.

  • Pixie Pops is a beautiful little girl who has come to us from a breeder. Understandably, she is feeling quite bewildered by her new surroundings and is currently a little shy when first approached. Life at the rescue is a big change for her, and everything is very new and a bit overwhelming.

However, once you gently scoop her into your arms, it doesn’t take long for Pixie Pops to begin to relax. With time, love, and patience, we think she will soon start to come out of her shell and blossom into a loyal, loving companion.

Pixie Pops will be looking for a calm and quiet home, where there is another kind and confident resident dog who will be her friend and help her to settle in.

Pixie Pops has never lived in a home before, so she’ll need someone who is kind and understanding as she learns new skills like house training and walking on a lead.

With the right support, Pixie Pops is sure to become someone’s very special girl. Could that someone be you?

She has arrived with some patchy skin and fur, but with TLC this should soon start to look much better. She has had several teeth extracted at the time of her spay and our vet noted that she was already missing quite a few.
