  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I would love to relax in the sun and enjoy a stroll around the garden.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

Please read below for more information about my health!

02-07-25 Chenai is a beautiful girl who has come to us from a breeder, bringing with her a kind and loving nature. She’s a genuine sweetheart who’s perfectly happy to watch the world go by and dreams of a cosy couch where she can curl up with her new favourite person.

Chenai will need a kind and confident resident dog she can rely on as she settles into her new home, a steady companion to look to for comfort and friendship. She will also need patient adopters who understand she’s learning new skills, like walking nicely on a lead and house training, as she’s never lived in a home before.

Chenai can live with children who are dog-savvy and gentle, understanding that she may need some time to settle in. With love, patience, and kindness, Chenai will make a wonderful companion and bring so much warmth to her new family.

Chenai has come to us with mucky ears and is currently receiving a cleaning treatment to help with any infections. She has an inguinal hernia that will be repaired at the time of her spay, and her back legs are noticeably not symmetrical. Our vets have assessed her and believe that she has Grade 2 left luxating patella which may require further treatment in her new home. She is currently being monitored for any physical pain or limping and will need to continue to be monitored once adopted.

Can live with other dogs
