Wellard is a fun-loving, energetic young bulldog with a heart full of joy and a knack for making friends - both human and canine! He came to us from a breeder and so has never lived in a home before and will need to learn about home life and will need a patient adopter to guide him through house training and lead walking. He’s incredibly playful, adores his toys, and loves a good cuddle, but he can be a bit mouthy when excited, so he’s best suited to an adult only home or one with dog savvy teenagers.

Wellard arrived with cherry eyes in both eyes and has had these repaired. Sadly they did re-occur so he had to have them repaired for a second time. Despite this, he remains a happy, affectionate boy who is always ready for adventure. He thrives in an active environment and could live as an only dog or with a friendly canine companion. Wellard has seen many of his kennel friends find homes, and he’s hoping his turn comes soon. He’s the perfect mix of playful energy and lazy snuggles and is just waiting for the right family to give him the love he deserves!
