Meet Joey – A Sweet and Laid-Back Boy Ready for His Forever Home!
Joey is one of 12 little dogs who came to Many Tears as part of an emergency rescue. These dogs were loved and cared for by a lady going through a difficult time, and Joey has now made his way to us looking for a second chance at happiness. In his foster home he has been found to be a confident, sweet-natured boy who is happy to be the only dog in the home as long as he gets plenty of attention and cuddles or live with other dogs.
Joey is a laid-back and affectionate companion who loves his walks, is toilet trained, and enjoys snuggling on the bed or sofa at night. He walks nicely on a lead and wears a harness, making him an easy-going buddy for strolls. Joey has had 7 teeth removed during a vet visit and has cataracts in both eyes, but he still has vision and enjoys life just the same. I have also seen the vets recently for mucky ears which are being cleaned and assessed. He’s a kind and gentle soul who would make a wonderful addition to a home where he can be loved and cared for.
Joey would do best in a home where he gets plenty of attention and where he can snuggle up with his humans. If you’re looking for a sweet, easy-going companion to join your family, Joey might just be the perfect match!
