  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and I can't wait for my forever home.

19-02-25 This little ball of sweetness is Tawny and she has come to us from a breeder in Ireland looking for a new life. Tawny is a friendly girl who is still a little nervous on but she does get a lot of confidence from her kennel friends and prefers having them around. Tawny is trying her best to be brave and does accept small fusses while she is learning what human kindness is. She has some stiffness when she first gets up from resting and has what looks to be 'Queen Anne Legs', where her legs do bend out a bit. However, once she is up and moving she is just fine and you wouldn't even notice! We are told by the breeder that Tawny is 3 years old but after assessment we do believe that she may be a bit older. She is looking for a quiet, calm home, with another resident dog or dogs to help her settle and get used to home life as she has never lived in a house before. Tawny will need help with house training and lead walking and also adjusting to sounds she may have never heard before such as the TV and hoover. Tawny is already showing us how much she wants to be loved. She is just still a little shy, we really hope she isn't waiting too long. Tawny has a travel document.
