Pip Squeak

12-03-25 Pip Squeak was originally adopted from us as a young puppy, but has sadly been returned through no fault of his own as his owner became unwell. He is a tiny little boy that may be small but has a big personality. Pip Squeak is people oriented once he gets to know you and loves sleeping under the duvet, being the little spoon in the cuddle pile and if you are needing a new alarm clock - look no further, because with Pip Squeak you'll have the sweetest alarm clock waking you up with nose kisses. We are told that Pip Squeak has a playful habit of herding and may nip the back of your ankles when he gets overwhelmed, but please do not let this deter you, in a quiet and gentle home we are hopeful that he will grow out of this practice, although for this reason he would be looking for an adult only home.
We are told that Pip Squeak hasn't been well socialised around humans or other dogs and so his adopters will need to help build his confidence with this. He can also get a bit frightened by strangers, especially men, and would prefer a home without a lot of traffic as he settles in and learns his new surroundings. Pip Squeak bonds with his humans so hard as he wants to give love and be loved, and so he can be a bit protective at times. He will need an adult only home where someone is around most of the time and will work with him on his anxieties and encourage him to build confidence. We are told that he is toilet trained but uses a puppy pad overnight. He cannot be homed with cats.
