25-02-25 Ella is a true heartbreaker who has come to us from a breeder in search of a calm and compassionate forever home. Your heart will melt the second you see just how scared this girl is because you just cannot imagine what she has gone through to be so nervous around us humans. Ella completely shuts down when you approach her and just trembles in the corner. She hides in the corners of the kennel, shying away and hoping that you won't see her. What she needs is for someone to show her just how deserving she is of love and companionship, and that she doesn't need to hide at all, that she is a gorgeous girl that deserves to be happy and doted on. Because Ella is so worried and shut down, she will need slow and understanding handling and will need an ADULT ONLY home with adopters with experience of ex-breeding dogs and no visiting children, that can attempt to understand her past and why she is so scared. Ella will also NEED a very kind and gentle resident dog or dogs in the home that she can learn from and rely on while she builds confidence and learns about trust and love. Not only has Ella not had a chance to experience love, but she also has not had a chance to live in a home and learn skills such as house training and how to walk on a lead, which will all come in time with consistency and compassion. Ella really needs and deserves for someone to take a chance on her. You can see that she wants to be loved, she just doesn't even know how to approach the subject, or that it was even an option. Please, help show Ella what it means to live, not just survive.
