  • Human family requirements

I need an experienced adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I'm very overwhelmed at the moment and will need a Fort Knox secure garden.

  • Out and about requirements

I love walks but I'm still unsure about certain noises, rural walks may be best.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I’ve started my vaccinations and will be spayed before adoption.

Rhea has originally come to us from a breeder as a very scared and shut down girl but is learning about trust and blossoming into a loving and affectionate lady. She has gained some confidence around people and continues to grow daily. She now walks on a harness and so much more inquisitive! Although Rhea is taking lead training in stride, she has never lived in a home and will need her adopters to be kind as she continues to learn new skills such as house training. With a confident dog in her future forever home to help show her the ropes, Rhea will only continue to thrive and flourish into the loving pet she is meant to become!

  • Rhea has definitely improved since she arrived here at the centre, while she is still a very shy girl she is such a sweet girl to handle. You can also see more of an interest in people than she had initially. She now walks on a harness but can be scared so having a confident dog around really helps her when she’s out and about.

  • Rhea has come to us from a breeder and now it's time for her to find out what real love is. She is a very nervous girl who is overwhelmed to find herself here at the moment but despite her worries, she is happy to let us handle her. She will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult home with adopters who have experience with scared ex-breeding dogs. She will need lots of love and kindness as she starts to settle in and come out of her shell. Rhea will be looking for a home where there is another kind and confident resident dog who will be her friend and take her under their wing. She has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles in and learns all about home life and picks up new skills like house training. She can't yet walk on a lead and so we will work on this while she is with us and get her used to wearing a harness. Rhea is a sweet girl and with lots of love and kindness she will start to come out of her shell and blossom into the most wonderful girl. She has a travel document.
