Sandy is now in a foster home and is settling in well. She will initially bark at strangers who enter the home, but soon comes around and warms up to them. Whenever I sit down, she climbs straight into my lap for a cuddle. She loves being in the garden and can walk on a lead in the garden, but hasn't yet ventured out into the world yet. Sandy is starting to learn all about house training. She will need another kind resident dog in her new home to be her friend. She has started to play with one of the resident dogs in her foster home.
Sandy

Sandy is a timid little lady that has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She was very overwhelmed when she first arrived and was quite worried to find herself here. She has since moved into a foster home where she is settling in well.
Sandy is a shy girl who can be worried when meeting new people but once she gets to know you, she soon warms up to you and will happily sit in your lap and ask for some fuss and attention. She will need a kind resident dog in her new home that will encourage her to be brave and will help her settle into her new environment. She does love to play with other dogs, so would like the resident dog in her new home to be willing to play with her.
Before moving to her foster home, Sandy had never live in a home and so will need her new adopters to be understanding as she learns new skills such as how to walk on a lead and house training. She can now walk on a lead around the garden but hasn't ventured into the big wide world just yet.
Sandy will need a quiet and calm adult only home where she can learn all about human kindness and home life. Once this little lady settles into her new home, she will be a proper lap dog and will absolutely flourish.
