23-03-25 Mossy is a quiet and gentle girl who has come to us from a breeder. She is wary about being approached but allows us to pick her up and stroke her and once she realises you are going to be kind she starts to relax a little. Mossy will need an adult only, calm and gentle home where there is at least one other dog who is very kind and who will allow her to cuddle up to them for comfort and support if she wants to. This will help raise her confidence with people and she will watch them and start to copy what they do and this will also help her learn new skills like house training and lead walking as she has never lived in a home before. The garden may be as scary as the inside of a home at first but with love, gentle words of encouragement and praise she will gradually start to realise there is nothing to fear and her adopters will see her become the happy little dog we know is waiting to emerge.
