28-03-25 Gus is an affectionate, high energy chap that who is looking for his forever home that understands his enthusiasm for life! Gus is originally from a breeder, and was adopted for a short amount of time but sadly returned to us due to ben overexcitable on walks and a little too playful with other dogs.

Gus would absolutely thrive in a loving home with experienced owners who can confidently guide him on a lead and help him develop his social skills. He would do well in a busier household where is isn't reliant on just one person for support and reassurance. Gus is currently kenneled with other dogs and gets along well with them and would like another young and playful dog in his new home to be his friend.

We are told by his previous adopters that Gus is about 90% house trained but may need a little extra guidance as he settles into a new environment. We are also told that he is not destructive in the home, highly food motivated and eager to learn - which means training could be a fun and rewarding experience! Gus would prefer an adult only home where he can settle and bond with his new adopters in a stress free environment.

Above all, Gus is a sweet and loving boy who craves affection. With the right guidance and an active, understanding home, he'll flourish into the perfect companion. If you are looking for a fun, trainable, and affection little lad to join your life, Gus could be the one for you!

Gus is currently receiving treatment for conjunctivitis in both eyes as well as a slight upward prolapse of the left 3rd eyelid. We are hopeful that with medication and continued treatment, Gus will be back to tip, top shape and ready for his forever home!
