08-04-25 Mick is a darling little soul who has come to us from a breeder and is now ready to start his new life with a kind and patient forever family. This sweet boy is a little shy when he first meets new people, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up. Once he trusts you, he’ll happily accept a chin scratch or a tickle behind the ears, and if you stop, he’ll gently edge forward for just a little more.

Mick has never lived in a home before, so everything is new to him. He will need to learn about housetraining and how to walk on a lead, but with gentle encouragement and lots of love, he will take it all in his stride. Because of his more reserved nature, Mick is looking for a home with at least one kind and confident resident dog who can help show him the ropes and give him the comfort of canine companionship.

He could live with older, dog-savvy teenagers who understand he may need a bit of space and time to settle in. Mick is already showing us glimpses of the affectionate, playful boy he’s destined to become, all he needs is a safe and loving environment to blossom.

With time, patience, and a lot of love, Mick is going to make the most loyal and loving little companion.

Mick has had 6 teeth extracted at the time of his neuter and is also receiving treatment for dry eye and likely will need to continue on with eye drops on an ongoing basis, which would not be covered by insurance.
