CHECKERS COULD BE HOMED WITH ECHO

07-06-25 Beautiful Checkers has come to us from a loving home with Echo where, sadly, the resident dogs simply couldn’t accept sharing their space cats. As heartbreaking as it was for her previous family, they knew Checkers deserved a life where she could feel safe, cherished, and fully at ease. We would consider homing Checkers and Echo together, but we would also home them separately.

This gorgeous girl is an absolute sweetheart with a heart full of love and a purr that never seems to stop. She adores human company and will greet you with a happy little meow before gently rubbing against your legs for attention. Once you're settled, expect Checkers to curl up contentedly in your lap and begin her biscuit-making ritual, accompanied by gentle head nudges and a soft, comforting purr.

Checkers may be litter box trained, though she may need a few gentle reminders as she settles into her new surroundings. She could be homed as an indoor only cat, but it would be lovely if she had access to a secure catio where she can safely enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. We would also consider homing her with outdoor access, provided it is a very quiet and safe area, far from busy roads, and that her adopter is able to keep her safely indoors for the first few weeks to ensure she is fully settled and bonded.

Checkers has so much love to give and is going to make the most wonderful companion.
