Poppy

07-07-25 Poppy has come to us from a home as her owner sadly could no longer give her the time and attention she deserves.
Poppy quite worried to find herself here at the moment, but is a very sweet girl who will accept a gentle fuss and just need some time to settle in and come out of her shell.
Poppy would love a calm and quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and feel safe. We are told that she is litter box trained, though she may need a few gentle reminders while she settles into her new home. We’ve been told that Poppy isn’t keen on dogs, so she cannot be homed with dogs. She can also be a bit of a fussy eater and prefers dry food.
Poppy has always had access to the outdoors, so we’re looking for a home in a safe, quiet area well away from busy roads, where she can eventually enjoy exploring once she’s fully settled and formed a bond with her adopter. She must be kept indoors for the first few weeks to allow her time to adjust. If she were to be homed as an indoor only cat, access to a secure catio would be essential for her.
Poppy is a lovely girl and in the right home, she will flourish.
