Betsi

Betsi is a beautiful cat who has come into our care through no fault of her own with her friend Wilbur. Her previous owner moved house and sadly couldn’t take the pair with them, so now this lovely duo is looking for a second chance at a forever home. Betsi would be happy in a new home with Wilbur; however, she is confident enough that she could go without him but will need to be properly introduced to any other pets in the home.
Betsi can be a little nervous initially, and she doesn't like sudden loud noises, but she is incredibly sweet once she feels safe and settled. She’s gentle, easy to handle, and has been no trouble in her foster home. Betsi is litter box trained and used to living indoors, although she does enjoy the occasional potter outside when the mood takes her, but should only be allowed outdoors after she has had ample time to settle into the home. She eats both wet and dry food, she's not fussy, but she does like to drink a lot, so please make sure her water bowl is always available throughout the day.
We have been told she is good with children, so she could be homed with cat-savvy children that understand she needs a quiet space while she settles in.
Betsi will thrive in a patient home where she can be given the time and love she needs to come out of her shell. She loves to snuggle on the sofa in a fluffy blanket and will always take up an offer for a belly rub. With a little reassurance, she’ll blossom into a loving and loyal friend.
