If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

24-05-21 Caro is was born on a rubbish tip in Romania. All he knew in his little life was a hungry tummy and being out in all weathers which is something we cannot imagine or wish for, for any dog. He is now safe here and very grateful for a soft bed, kindness and a bowl of puppy food three times a day! He is a curoius boy and is the more confident pup in his kennel, lending some bravery to his more worried friends. Caro has a very waggy tail and is confident enough to be an only dog in right home if you are an experienced dog owner and have a lot of time to commit to this lad. You will need to be mindful of the long journey he has had and the things he has seen and heard before coming here and will need extra input from you to ensure he gets really good socialisation. He needs to learn all about a home and family life and  would be best suited to a home without children. He will need to attend socialisation classes. Caro has a passport

15-06-21 UPDATE
I am a real character and still a puppy who likes to explore the world. I am not for the first time dog owner but would prefer to be adopted by a dog savy person. I learnt from a young age to fend for myself as I started life on a rubbish dump scavenging food wherever I could. My Fosterer says I haven’t grasped the concept yet that the food I am eating today is a regular thing. You see sometimes I wouldn’t eat in Romania.
I can’t believe my luck now as I am having regular meals now. I have small dogs syndrome “it’s here I am and What you see is what you get" Once I am introduced to new dogs I am fine but my Fosterer says I don’t respect personal space and my manners are less spoke about. I am on a learning journey.
My Fosterer wants me to have an active home but as an only dog as she feels I deserve all the love for myself. I am happy to consider a home with another dog but they must be confident to put me in my place if the need ever arises. I have come a million miles from where I was last week when I first came into foster as my foster Mum is retired and doesn’t let me get away with anything I can tell you! She says I am not for the faint hearted but I think she is not either. I am in training like I had just been born.
If you feel like you would like a little dog with attitude but is also so human focused and equally loves a cuddle and will fall asleep in your arms, then apply for me and I will certainly consider your application.
I am hoping I get lots of applications so I can choose which part of the country I am going to make my new home!

28-06-21 UPDATE
Well according to my foster Mum I have turned a corner. I am responding well to the word no! I like going into the garden and laying in the sun. I like watching the other dogs and humans go about their daily lives.
I am being clicker trained at the moment with food being used as a treat. The food that is used as a treat is being taken out of my daily food to stop me getting fat!
I love humans and enjoy a belly rub and a kiss and cuddle. I can fall asleep in your arms if you let me. I bark if the doorbell rings just like the other dogs here. I am fascinated by the tv and watch it very carefully as sometimes I see other dogs on there. You see I was abandoned in Romania so as well as learning a new language I have had to learn all about living in a home. I had never been in a home before and I like it very much. Maybe you have a home that you would like to share with me?
I need humans that give me time, patience and love, at least one adult that is at home everyday, a fit human that loves walking as much as I do, a cosy bed with soft bedding that I can cosy up in at night. A garden is a must as I love it so and with 6 foot high fencing so I feel safe and secure.
My human must be firm but kind as I thrive with a set routine. If you feel that you can be 100% committed to me then apply for me and I will look through your application and get back to you.

Here I am still waiting for my forever home. I am very clever and learn things pretty quick . I am funny and loving and a cheeky chap. My Foster Mum would prefer me to go as an only dog as she thinks I would love to have all the love and attention to myself. I am loyal and I love a cuddle and a kiss . I am fascinated by the tv and would be company for you while watching the soaps.

16-07-21 UPDATE
I am still looking for my forever home. If you would like a fun, smart, loving and cuddly guy here I am!
I don’t want to share my new home with other dogs as my Foster Mummy thinks I would like all the love and attention to myself. You must have high fences as I can climb over 3 and a half foot fencing and gates with ease. No gaps under your gates as I am a bit of a Houdini too.
I am cheeky and puppy like but great fun! If you think I am your guy then apply for me and I will look at your application to see if you fit my requirements!
I will need two long walks a day and to go to Puppy training classes.
Ps. a comfy bed would be nice too. You must have a garden too as I love laying outside and playing in the garden.

If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation* and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.
* Many Tears uses Vanguard to vaccinate their dogs.  However, this can sometimes be difficult to source at local vets so if you are adopting a dog or puppy that has only had one vaccination please be aware your vets may require you to start the course from the beginning.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
