If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

25-04-2021 Trick is a darling little dog who has come to us from Romania after he was rescued from a kill pound in Romania.  Trick is a quiet boy and very people friendly, he is the first to greet you in his kennel when you enter.  In fact he is so keen to get to you that he can climb the gate by putting his feet in the squares and using them to climb so he will need a secure garden.  Trick is going to make a really faithful and loving little friend and we would consider homing him with older children. Trick would prefer to be an only dog in his new home as he does not particularly enjoy being around other dogs and much prefers the company of people. He will need some patience with housetraining.  Sadly Trick cannot live with cats. Trick has a passport

13-07-21 UPDATE

Since meeting Trick a few weeks ago he has always greeted me with hugs and bundles of affection and joy. He absolutely loves the company of people and has lots of energy to expend on walks. He is comfortable being handled and walks well on a lead but isn't too fond of other dogs or cats, which he chases.
His cheeky spirit also makes him somewhat of an escape artist so a secure garden is a must. Trick has a happy, playful personality that completely contrasts with his rough start to life in Romania. There is still so much love in this furry companion for people, it's about time somebody loved him back just as much!

If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation* and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

* Many Tears uses Vanguard to vaccinate their dogs.  However, this can sometimes be difficult to source at local vets so if you are adopting a dog or puppy that has only had one vaccination please be aware your vets may require you to start the course from the beginning.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
