28-02-22 Apple Pie is the most beautiful Bulldog who has come to us from a breeder. She is quite nervous of us at the moment and is a little overwhelmed to find herself here but she has already discovered the soft beds and just loves to laze around and spend her days snoozing in a nice comfy bed. She will hide when we approach her but is happy to let us handle her, although quite worried about us. Apple Pie will need another kind and confident dog in her new home who can help her adjust to her new life and encourage her to grow in confidence. She is looking for a calm and quiet adult home, with no children or visiting children as she would be quite overwhelmed by this. She has never lived inside before so this will be very new to her and she will need to learn all about things like house training and how to walk on a lead. With time and love she will soon start to settle in and will blossom into the most fabulous girl.

31-03-22 UPDATE

Apple pie is an amazing girl who is so inoccent. She is a gentle girl who is full off love. She’s still a little shy, but she’s put her trust in me now and comes to me wagging her tail. She's an absolute sweetheart in every way.

15-04-22 UPDATE
Applepie is still very nervous but making good progress here in foster. She loves a good tummy rub but most of all meal times are her favorite, her little face lights up when it’s dinner time. She also loves her face and wrinkles being cleaned and good soft brush, she will sit and let you do it all day. She’s a very beautiful girl, lots of love time and dedication and Applepie will overcome her fears of the big wide world and start to shine.

25-04-22 UPDATE
Apple Pie has been with us in foster for just a little over a month. She has made progress but is still very nervous and frightened of her own shadow at the moment. She’s a wonderful girl who is so gentle and innocent.
Apple Pie will need a kind and confident resident dog in her new home. She doesn’t interact much with my gang here in foster at the moment, but she loves them to snuggle up tight to her.
Apple Pie needs time, love and someone who is home with her. Apple Pie is a very soulful gentle girl and has a wonderful personality but she’s not brave enough to show it yet, but it’s there. She will start to trust with time and love. Slowly but surely at Apple Pie's pace you will see how much of a wonderful soul she really is.

26-05-22 UPDATE
Apple Pie is still nervous but as made progress here in foster.  She’s been with us a little over 8 weeks now and has put her trust in us but is still very jumpy at the slightest little noise even the wind bless her. We want a home for Apple were she can just take everything at her own pace and someone that understands it’s going to take time.  We would like a home that understands her needs and has experience off the bulldog breed.  She’s a beautiful gentle inoffensive girl with a beautiful big heart and soul.  All she needs is love, trust and understanding.  She's a very special girl and deserve the time to shine.  This girl is a super star. We love her and she loves us back.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
