16-06-22 Hallo has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a very gentle girl who has never lived in a home before. She would need another kind dog in her new home to be her mentor and help her adjust to her new life. She will need to learn all about home life and things like house training and how to walk on a lead and would be best in an adult only home and she is quire nervous and unsure about people.   With time and love she will start to come out of her shell and blossom into the most special friend. Hallo has a passport.

24-07-22 UPDATE

Hallo is a absolute sweetheart. She has been with me for about 3 weeks and when she first came to be in foster with me, she was an extremely nervous dog who barked at everything including the TV and washing machine etc but has now got used to living in a home and only barks at noises outside.
Hallo is still quite nervous of humans but once she has bonded with you, she enjoys a gentle fuss. She  has been doing well with her toilet training and mostly goes outside now but still is using puppy pads and will still have the odd accident. This is to be expected for a dog who's only lived in a home 3 weeks and training will need to be continued by her new family.
Hallo has been going for walks for the past 2 weeks.  Having never gone for a walk before she can only manage about 30 minutes before she's tired but this will hopefully change as she gets fitter. Hallo feels safer walking behind me mostly but is slowly getting more confident. She walks well in a harness and long lead. As Hallo is still quite human nervous, she will be best suited in a adult only home, or with teenagers who understands Hallo needs time and space to settle and come out of her shell.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
