If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

17-11-2022 Eaven is a timid boy who has come to us from a breeder.  He does allow us to stroke him but will  need a calm resident dog in his new home to help his confidence with humans.  This will help him adjust and settle into living in  a home more easily as this will be overwhelming for him at first, as he has never been inside a home before.  Eaven will watch his new friend(s) and once he feels braver will start to copy what they do which will help him learn about house training and lead walking.  These are things that may take him a little while to learn as the garden may be scary at first but in an adult only home with adopters who have the time love and patience to help Eaven he will flourish.  Eaven has a passport

29-11-22 UPDATE

Lovely Eaven is such a sweet natured boy. He's been in foster a week now and finds everything very scary and he's worried when we handle him and would rather hide away and no one see him.  It's so sad that hes obviously never been shown any love or kindness but no matter how scared he is he has a super soft sweet nature!
Eaven's made little steps this week and will let me hold and stroke and brush him and has just started coming in from the garden on his own which is a big step for him.  He so needs to find a forever home with someone who can give him time and patience and lots of love to bring him out of his shell!
Another doggy friend is a must for him because he relies on watching the other dogs and they build his confidence!! He's such an adorable dog it will be so rewarding for anyone who adopts him to see him flourish, once he receives the love and kindness that's been long overdue for this poor boy!

01-12-22 UPDATE

Hi Folks Eaven here
Foster mum just wanted to update on my first walk! Well I have to say it was scary going beyond the garden gate to that massive big space in the big wide world.  I was really worried so today foster mum said it was fine for me to chill out on the grass and watch my friends have fun and run around! I'm hoping that in time I will feel safe and relaxed to do the same.  I really hope so as it certainly looked like they were having a great fun.  Foster mum thinks that I need to take little steps every day outside my comfort zone and then soon I will be as confident as my friends and hopefully someone will adopt me and I will have a home of my own with someone who loves me and can help me come out of my shell! I am crossing my paws that there is my special person out there to hopefully give me a home before Christmas!!

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
