06-01-23 Jasmine has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a very scared girl who is quite worried about humans at the moment and so is looking for a calm and quiet adult only home with someone who has experience of ex-breeding dogs. She will need at least one other kind and confident dog in her new home to be her friend and help her settle in to home life. She has never lived in a home before but has gone straight to a foster home where she is starting to learn about home life and new skills like toilet training. She has found the sofa and loves to snooze on it as long as no humans are on it. She has already learned where her food is and likes to let you know if you're dishing it up too slowly! She will need to learn all about wearing a harness and walking on a lead. She is slowly settling in and we think with time and love she will blossom into the most wonderful girl.
28-02-23 UPDATE
Sweet little Jasmine is still scared of humans, but is becoming more inquisitive. She will sniff your hand when the other dogs do, and has started following me around more. These are big steps for Jasmine, who spent her first couple of weeks hiding behind the sofa. Jasmine is crate trained, is doing amazingly well with toilet training, and comes in when called. Another dog/s is a must as she loves to cuddle up on the sofa, or in an open crate with them. Jasmine is fine with dogs of all sizes.
23-05-23 UPDATE
Jasmine is still very nervous of humans, but does like to follow you round and be close, unless the door is open to the garden, she loves the garden, in the morning when I first come and let the dogs, she runs out has a wee then goes to the raised dog bed and lays out watching the birds. She is happy to lay out there on her own or with a friend. She does need another small doggy friend, one that will let her snuggle up to them, as she is missing that at the moment as her best snuggle friend has gone off to their new home.
