09-02-2023 Tanish is a very nervous little lad who has come to us from a breeder. He is not used to being around people and has no idea about being loved and cuddled so he needs an experienced home where he gets time to settle and then start to be socilised. Tanish does settle once you have him in your arms but will squeal and panic when you go to pick him up at the moment and needs kind, consistent practice. Tanish needs an adult only home as with at least one other dog to help him overcome his worries. He new friend needs to be a couple of years older than him but young enough to want to run and play with him. With their help his adopters should see him become the happy mischievous little boy he should be. Like all pups Tanish will need to learn about house training and lead walking but his adopters need to remember this is a pup who has never been in a home or seen a garden so they will need to have plenty of time and patience to help him learn.
You will be asked to sign a contract confirming you will spay/neuter a puppy and we ask that a puppy attends puppy classes so they can socialise with other dogs and people.
17-03-23 UPDATE
This sweet little chap has been in foster with me for awhile, he came in very wary of us. He plays lovely with my dogs & loves to play with toys. Tanish has had a rough start, but he is slowly coming round, he is learning that all humans aren’t mean.
He is still hand shy, but will take treats gently & likes his chin tickled.
Tanish will definitely need another dog in the home to show him the way, he will be a. Wonderful companion, he is a little character & most definitely deserves a loving forever home. If you can give this darling boy the love, time & patience he needs, Please fill in his application form Thank you
