If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.
06-05-23 Yanni is a very sweet but nervous little girl who was not needed by her breeder so is looking for a home. Yanni is worried at the moment as she has not seen anything of the big wide world before now and so is a little shy and unsure about us, shaking when she is picked up and not sure what she should do around us. Yanni will need another dog in her home to show her all about home life and be her friend and this will help her settle in much more easily. She will need regular trips to the groomer and plenty of socialisation to help her become the best she can be. Yanni has so much love to give and just needs the right family to support her and give her all the reassurance she desperately needs.
31-05-23 UPDATE
It’s been nearly a month since Yanni arrived and I honestly cannot believe she’s still here. She has come on leaps and bounds during the time she’s been with us and I couldn’t be more proud of her. She is no longer the worried little girl she once was, but instead a happy, cheeky and affectionate darling who loves a fuss once she knows you. She can still be a little timid of course, but that’s to be expected!
Even though Yanni’s confidence has improved a lot, I do still think she’d appreciate having a resident dog in her new home to show her the ropes. She is quite playful as she’s still a young girl, so having a lively companion would be ideal for her. She will need to learn all the basics such as house training and lead walking, but I really don’t think it’s going to take too long to conquer it all.
This girl is very special and I just know whoever adopts her are going to be extremely lucky.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
