19-05-2023 Conga has come to us from a breeder as an unsold puppy. He is a worried boy who is quite overwhelmed to find himself here at the moment. He will need love and kindness in his new home to help him come out of his shell. Conga will be looking for a quiet home where there is another kind dog to be his friend and companion. Although he is quite nervous he is easy to handle and does settle in your arms. Like all puppies he will need help learning new skills such as housetraining and how to walk on a harness/lead. Conga is a sweet boy who so deserves to find his forever family. Conga has an undershot jaw, this is causing him no issues and gives him the most adorable expression, his adopters vet will need to keep an eye as his adult teeth come in.
You will be asked to sign a contract confirming you will spay/neuter a puppy and we ask that a puppy attends puppy classes so they can socialise with other dogs and people.
08-06-23 UPDATE
Conga gets along really well with his other kennel friends. He loves to play with toys and plays well with others. He is still a little shy of people but will happily let you pick him up and is calm in your arms. Conga will still need a confident residential dog to help him come out of his shell fully.
ADOPTION DETAILS
If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.
