17-11-2023 Farrah is a timid little girl who is a little overwhelmed to be here and has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. Farrah will run away from us when we approach her but once in our arms she settles and is easy to handle. Farrah will need a calm adult only home that can give her lots of love and tlc as she learns to trust and love her new family. Farrah adores her kennel friends and has never known life without the company of other dogs. Farrah will need a kind confident residnet dog that she can copy around the house and is happy to snuggle next to her in bed. Farrah ahs never lived in a home before so will need udnerstanding adopters that can help her learn new skills such as housetraining and learning to walk on a lead/ harness when she is ready. Farrah is such a lovely girl who adopters will have the privledge of seeing blossom into a happy girl in with time. Farrah has a pets travel document.

13-12-23 UPDATE

Farrah is such a sweet girl, she has started harness training and was very brave to even take a step, but it'll take a while for her to be confident with it.
She will need a kind resident dog who likes to snuggle up with her, as this is her favourite thing, she shares toys and food as well as beds. Farrah is easy to handle, she is used to us putting a jumper on her etc.
I can pick her up without cornering her, she will just stop and let you scoop her up.
She is such a sweet girl who is totally wasted here in kennels.
She has such a waggy tail when she's excited to go out or at dinner time, it is so wonderful to see.

29-01-24 UPDATE

Farrah is settling in well to her foster home where she is living with 5 other dogs, male and female. Farrah looks more poodle like with her beautiful curls, I can't see much cocker in her. She is now lead walking and enjoying all the new sights and smells. Farrah has settled enough to come on the sofa next to me placing her head on my lap to have strokes. Farrah would like a home where someone is around most of the time for her and will need another resident dog in the home to be her friend.

27-02-24 UPDATE

Whilst waiting for her forever home Farrah is enjoying her daily beach walks, she can get worried by unknown enthusiastic dogs approaching wanting to play chase. She is happily living with 5 other dogs and often initiates play with them she also likes playing with her toys. She has met the grandchildren well so a home with older children will be considered. Farrah likes to cuddle up side of me on the sofa where I take the opportunity to brush her curls which see seems to enjoy. Farrah is a small girl weighing approx 7kg so if you have a small space on your sofa for Farrah please apply.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
