If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

12-09-24 Izzy is the sweetest little older cavalier who has come from her breeder to find a loving home. She has arrived with sore skin and lice which we are treating here. Izzy also has an umbilical hernia and this will be repaired when she is spayed. She is a lovely, gentle girl and really appreciates a gentle fuss, crawling on your lap to settle down and enjoy more! She is reliant on other dogs for confidence so is looking for a home with a kind resident dog, preferably another cav, who can support her and show her the ropes of living in a home. She will need to learn all about house training and how to walk on a lead. Izzy is a such a lovely girl and we dont think it will take her long to settle into a new way of life. She could live with older kids who know how to be respectful around dogs.

Izzy has needed to have 4 teeth removed by the vet when she was spayed and her umbilical hernia has been repaired. She is recovering well.

06-10-24 UPDATE

Hello , I’m a very special little Cav called  Izzie  in foster in Cornwall with my foster parents Jean and Dave .
When I arrived a few weeks ago I was so very very thin. FM was worried about me but I’ve been on 4 little meals a day, I eat well and now I’ve started to put on some weight and get a silky coat but I’m only ever going to be a little Cav.
FM and FD say I’m the perfect dog ! I love people, enjoy snuggles and am clean in the house .  I’m lively, don’t have any known health problems, follow my FM round and am fine with visiting dog savvy children . When I’m called I come straight away too. I don’t bark much and have started lead walking in the fields.
If you like the sound of me, have a confident,  happy, resident dog willing to share your home (but no cats … ) and garden and you need lots of snuggles, please apply . Ps Jean and Dave will be very sad to see me move on, so you must be 5*+ for this special little one …

App form and further details are on the web site under my name Izzie .

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
