02-11-24 Pablo has come to us from a home through no fault of his own as his owner was no longer able to look after him. He is a wonderful boy who is energetic and would benefit from an active home with adopters who were able to take him on lots of lovely walks and adventures. Pablo is a friendly boy who loves to sit on your lap and have lots of fuss and attention. He also loves to be brushed and groomed! We are told that he is housetrained but he might need some reminders of this in his new home. He is a confident boy and in the right circumstances he could be homed as an only dog as long as his adopters were arounded most of the time. He has lived with older children before and so we would consider homing him with older, dog savvy children. Pablo is a wonderful boy and he cannot wait to be back in a home, so please don't leave him waiting too long.

Pablo was briefly adopted, but sadly his home was in a very busy, urban area and he found this quite overwhelming and stressful and struggled to settle, so his adopters made the very sad decision that it would be in his best interested to return him to us so he can find a home more suitable for his needs. Although Pablo gets along well with other dogs here, he can be reactive to dogs on walks etc and so this is something his adopters will need to work on with him. He can also be reactive to bikes and cars but with time and patience we are hopeful this will ease.
He is a wonderful boy who is so fully of character, incredibly affectionate and just loves to have cuddles on the sofa and sit on your knee. He is confident and inquisitive and wants to greet everyone he sees! He is housetrained and his recall is good inside the home but he does need some practice with recall outside of the home. He can walk on a lead but does still need some practice to walk nicely alongside you. He would be the perfect addition to an active family and we think in the right home he is going to thrive and be the most wonderful friend! Sadly we are looking for a cat free home for pablo at the moment
