Lovely Rolo has come to us from a home through absolutely no fault of his own, due to a big change in his family's circumstances.
It is Rolo's birthday in 3 weeks time and Rolo will be 15. Yes, you read that right, he will be 15 years old! This boy deserves to have the happy birthday song sung gently to him as he tucks into a peanut butter flavoured birthday pupcake, he does not deserve to be here in the howling wind and rain with only a heat lamp and a woolly jumper for warmth. He needs to be in front of a fire, or on a warm lap watching the rain through the window, instead of feeling the harsh storm whirling around him.
We are told that he has been house trained in his home although he could well have some accidents in his new home. We are told he has been great with people and walks on a lead well. Rolo would do best in a home without resident or visiting children as he is a bit confused in his old age and may need a quiet space to settle into as he has been used to the same environment for 14 years. An adult and sensible teenager home would be best for Rolo.
He is still spritely for his age and has clearly been well loved and well looked after these last 14 years.
Now he needs our help. He needs someone to want to rush here, scoop him up and take him to their warm home and give him all the love and loyalty that he deserves for his final chapter in life.
Please dont let him wait here long. So please tell your friends and family all about little Rolo and help him make his 15th Birthday a truly great one.
ADOPTION DETAILS
If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN TRAVEL TO WHERE THE DOG YOU WANT TO ADOPT IS LOCATED BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE ADOPTION FORM
