27-12-24 Scooby is a very handsome chap who has come to us from a home. He is a super happy, active and busy boy who loves to be in the middle of everything! He would love an active home where he can get heaps of exercise, play and stimulation. He hasnt been socialised a lot with other dogs in the past but he seems to want to play with them. He is confident enough to be the only dog in his new home and we think he might be best suited to being an only dog. In the right circumstances we would consider homing him with larger female dog who was playful and that he can rough and tumble with. He has come from a home so may be house trained but could need patience as he learns the ropes of a new home environment and will need your understanding as he adjusts. He is a gorgeous boy looking for an active, fun home.

12-01-2025 UPDATE

I met Scooby for the first time today and straight away he came up to me with no hesitation, he’s a very friendly, confident, happy dog. I took him for a walk and he was really good at listening to me. He was very interested in all the dogs we passed so I believe he’d be fine with walking buddies. As he is confident I believe he’d be great as an only dog and would love the attention as he’s very sweet and loving. He loves a nice, long walk so would suit an active household.

ADOPTION DETAILS
If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.
