Thank you so much to the Bristol Many Tears Buddies who have worked so hard to raise £15,000 for the rescue, which was used to create the infrastructure for our new agility play yard and will also create 3 new kennels. The dogs are already loving playing and learning in the agility area and it's so lovely to see. We are so grateful for all of your hard work and support over the years.

A Massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped at the Thames Agility show this weekend. So much hard work and time went into this and we are all so incredibly grateful for the amazing help. A big thank you to the super talented Rhiannon Collins for hosting an Art Workshop in aid of Many Tears last Wednesday 29 May 2024, at Bethal Chapel Cafe, Pontrhydyfen. Thank you for giving up your time to take this invaluable workshop and for supplying all of the art materials free of charge too. We raised a total of £165.00 at the art workshop and everyone attending had a very interesting and enjoyable evening. Thank you to Ryan Duffield who raised an incredible £485 by running the London Marathon in aid of Many Tears! We would like to express our sincere thanks to the friends and family of Mrs Anne Barlow for their donations to Many Tears in memory of her. We know she was a wonderful lady and an adopter of a Many Tears dog. Many Tears Animal Rescue wouldn’t be where we are now without our incredible supporters that come from every corner of the country. We appreciate every single person that contributes to us, whether it’s via donations, posts on social media, adopting from us or raising money - we couldn't do it without each and every person pulling together to make the rescue what it is.
We are dedicating this post to a fantastic couple that spend their time tirelessly hand-making items to sell at our rescue. Beryl and Ian work hard to create each month special. Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter… you name it and they’ve created not only the most magical sets that we use for our photoshoots, but also provide copious amounts of handmade jewelry, gifts, wreaths and other sellable bits and pieces that not only make the reception area look so special, but also helps to support the rescue.

The September Auction from the Sales For Many Tears Rescue on Facebook raised £1575.00 and together with a transfer of  £385.00 made a total if £1960.00.   We are so grateful to Viv and Sash for all their hard work and to everyone who takes part in the auction every month as this really helps us care for the many dogs, cats and donkeys we rescue.

A huge thank you to Shane, Same and Ed who completed a  24 peaks charity challenge and chose Many Tears as the charity they wanted to support.  They also held a raffle and in total raised a wonderful  £2007. We are extremely grateful for their support and hope they have recoved from the 24 peak challenge!

On Saturday August 5th the Charity shop  held an open day to raise money for Many Tears. There were craft stalls, cake stalls, hot dogs etc sold, as well as raffle tickets sold around the village. The Many Tears Awareness Auction Page has now been renamed Sales For Many Tears Rescue on Facebook due to technical issues out of out control. Nevertheless our amazing volunteers have tirelessly soldiered on, starting the new page from scratch to continue to raise vital funds for the rescue. This month has seen another successful auction and raised £1963.25 in July. Our thanks to Viv and Sash who work incredibly hard each month to ensure the Auction page is always such a success. A huge thank you to the Agility Club who invited us to have a stall at the agility show at Ardingly and the volunteers who gave us long days of hard work and those who supported and spent money with us. My staff Joyce and Shelly were superb and Leah and Jay need a huge thank you helping us set up and take the tents down. Last but not least I want to say a huge thank you to Bill who has stayed very late working with me many nights in the last year sorting packing storing and loading the donations we sold. Huge congratulations and thank you to David Griffiths for running the Great Manchester Run on the 21st May 2023. David raised a wonderful £504 which he split between Many Tears and Ty Nant Cat Sanctuary. We understand it was a very hard run on a hot day and we are very grateful to David for his kindness and support.

We would like to thank Katie for taking part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge sponsored walk and raising over £500 for Many Tears! The challenge was gruelling along the spectacular scenery of the Jurassic Coast. We are so grateful for your hard work and for smashing such a difficult challenge Katie!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Melanie Martin who has walked a whopping 115km walk in 5days to raise money for Many Tears. She raised a wonderful £1330. Thank you so much for your support in undertaking such a gruelling challenge to support the rescue!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Karen Moorhouse for running a Mini Coronation Auction on the fundraising page. An amazing £109.00 was raised. Thank you to all who organised the event and took part in it, we are so grateful for your continued support.

Thank you to Jitka Krizova from Vita Canis who has very kindly donated and incredible £1670 to Many Tears from the money raised at their annual Style to Rescue competition. We are so grateful for your continued support each year. Our thanks also go to Liz Middleton who arranges for Many Tears dogs to attend this event and to all of our supporters who took along their Many Tears dog too!

Huge thank you to the Hair & The Hound - a dog friendly hair salon in Twickenham who held a raffle to celebrate their first birthday with proceeds going to Many Tears. They raised an incredible £300 and we are so grateful for their support and for the kind generosity of their clients!

Thank you to the Many Tears Awareness Auction Page who have raised an incredible £2423 over the month of April! We are so grateful to Viv and Sash for their hard work organising the auctions each month and would also like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helps to make them such a success by donating items and bidding on them too. We would like to say a huge thank you to the year 2 pupils from Sketty Primary School who took part in an hour long Keepfitathon and used their numeracy skills to gain sponsors. They raised an incredible £717 - Thank you Year 2 for raising this amazing sum for our wonderful dogs, we are so grateful!

 
We would llke to say a huge thank you to the Welsh Terriers UK Stink-eye - event 2023 which was held at Craig y Nos Castle where items were collected as well as food bags from Cranswick Pet Products. We are so very grateful for all your support. 

Thank you to Yumove who have very kindly donated Yuderm, skin and coat care to the dogs at the rescue. We are so grateful for your support and can't wait to try it out and see if it helps some of our dogs with itchy skin and skin issues.

We never cease to be blown away by our supporters. Thank you so much to Marie from DoggySquad for an incredible donation of 70 soft dog beds, all varied in sizes and of the absolute highest quality imaginable. There are some special dogs on site who for medical reasons could use the extra comfort these beds bring, there are also dogs who have to be on their own for various reasons who again, really benefit from any added comfort to get them through their time here as it can be a little more lonely for them.
We must also thank the incredible efforts of the voluntary van driver, Shaun, who did a 300 mile round trip for no other reason than to help Doggy Squad and indeed Many Tears, the kind of good will which will never stop being amazing and does not go unnoticed.

On Sam's 16th birthday, he and his mum Becky did a tandem skydive to raise money for Many Tears!
They bravely jumped out of a plane at 12,000 feet and raised an incredible £420!

Thank you so much to the person who donated a gorgeous, soft bed for our little Jacob who has been feeling under the weather. As you can see, he loves it and we are very grateful and happy to see him so comfortable! We didnt get any sender details to thank, but please know it has arrived safe and sound for him!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Rae Hockin and her family and friends who have raised and donated £1000 to Many Tears in loving memory of her Grandson Luke. Instead of flowers at his funeral they asked for donations instead. We are so grateful to Rae and all the family for being so kind at such a very difficult time. Thank you.
